Dear

I am writing with regard to your offer of a place on a postgraduate programme at the University of Surrey.

We are now approaching the time for enrolment and we have still not been able to confirm your place as you have either not met the conditions of your offer or not paid the required deposit. If you still wish to take up your place in September, you must accept your offer, send the required documents to meet all offer conditions and make a deposit payment of £2000 or supply evidence of sponsorship, no later than Friday 4th September, or your place may be withdrawn.
