为了培养学生学习商科的兴趣,长春市实验中学加拿大高中引入FBLA美国商赛,并聘请专业教师对学生进行辅导。
2015年10月21日-22日,来自上海微世界的品牌讲师王强老师特地远道而来给同学们进行两场特色商赛课程的辅导 ——谈判的艺术和产品的设计。
在第一天课程开始的时候,王强老师表现出的亲和力很快的就和同学们建立起融洽的沟通,随后王强老师简明扼要的介绍了谈判的广义概念和有关于谈判的流程和细节,最后他展示了一个即将面临谈判的案例,成本有差异的大小供应商A和B针对于零售商市场的市场争取,并且组织同学们以小组的形式进行角色扮演。同学们从不同的立场出发,为了达到抢占市场份额的目的纷纷都制定了不同的谈判策略。简简单单的一场谈判模拟便使得积极参与的同学们感受良多。
在产品设计的课程中,科技创新丰富了每个人的生活体验是课程的中心思想,王强老师针对于产品设计的概念和意义进行了详细的讲解,并利用生活中的实际例子使同学们对其印象更加深刻。
On October 22nd, 2015, lecturer Wang Qiang, coming from Shanghai Micro World, came to Changchun Experimental High School International Division to give two speeches involving FBLA featured courses—the art of negotiating and product design.
At the very beginning of the lecture, his kindness made it easier to set up a good relationship with students. What he introduced subsequently was about the broad definition of negotiation and the negotiating procedures in details. For integrating theory with practices, lecturer Wang Qiang presented a case study that wholesalers in different sizes strive for retail market share. He organized students in groups to do different role play and to develop strategies when negotiating under such circumstances. By this way, students could be inspired through active class participation.
In products design classes, the innovation of technology always updating people’s lifestyle is the main idea. Not only did Wang Qiang demonstrate what product design is and how it makes sense, also enumerated typical cases to make students impressed.
