Cooking Club----Christmas Cookies
烹饪俱乐部—圣诞曲奇
2014年12月15日,长春市实验加拿大高中11年级学生们举行了第三次烹饪课活动,本次的主题是制作圣诞曲奇。
限时1小时30分内,同学们从和面、造型、烘烤、装盘等进行比拼,制作最精美、最有口感的一组获胜。制作开始,各组奇招百出,有的使用模具制造花式曲奇,有的组使用蔓越莓干增加靓丽,有的用可可粉营造气氛,有的用火腿罐头...做肉羹曲奇。闲暇之余,一组还利用多出的鸡蛋制作了鸡蛋蛋糕,增加了烹饪的乐趣。
曲奇烤好,各组争相品尝自己的作品,这时评委老师们当然少不了了,四位老师从小组合作、英语运用、烹饪技巧和口感等方面给予打分。最后Bailey小组获得冠军。通过这次烹饪课,同学们学习了如何和面、运用烤箱,为之后出国制作西点增加了不少技能,通过每次的锻炼学生们都成了独立自主的“小能手”。
On December 15th, Changchun Experimental High School Sino-Canadian Program held the 3rd cooking competition, and the theme this week is making Christmas cookies.
In one and a half hours, we need to knead the flour, model and bake the cookies. The group that got the best appearance and taste would win. When the club began, all the groups got their own ideas.One used model to make fancy shapes, while others use dried cranberry, cocoa powder, and ham..., to make meat broth cookies.
One of the group even used the extra eggs to make an extra cake. All the students tried their own cookies, and then the judges judged the cookies. Finally Bailey’s group won the first place.
