年关将近，又到一年回顾总结时。通过2014地梵设计年度项目盘点，希望用这些图片和文字同您一起分享定格成那些令人惊喜而又难忘的瞬间。
保利达江湾城位于辽宁沈阳浑河南岸，御揽五里河、奥体中心繁华，360度立体台地园林，港式短板高层建筑，尊享都市水岸生活。园区台地园林造就的丰富层叠景观，4000平米中庭水景，注重参与性的设计，花榭、景墙、水瀑等精致园林小品，尊享私家花园，绿洲景致四季皆可见，喧嚣之中触摸真正的自然气息。花语栈桥公园连接园区与奥林匹克公园,景观面积2.2万平方米。
温宛幽静的住区环境，如何与宽广壮丽的浑河水岸相融合，是设计要解决的核心问题。以“桥”为载体传递居住区现代、清新的尚品印象。以“花”为基底打造一个与浑河水岸相连接的浪漫海洋。两个凝练的元素皆在传递居住区现代、唯美、尚品的环境印象，使“花语栈桥”成为两个大空间中的存在，而非强加。“花”选择粉红色系的单一品种，形成对近水空间的浪漫解读，奠定了浪漫、唯美的空间基调，简单而质朴的体量感与河岸更加协调。桥折转两岸，亲近又不失力量感，成为沟通两地的语言，桥两端的眺望平台隔花海而对，亦是对中国传统水景文化“此岸与彼岸”关系的现代解读。
Le Cove City is locatedin south bank of the Hun River, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. It overlooksthe bustling Five Miles River, Olympic Sports Center, 360 Degrees 3D TerraceGarden and Hong Kong-style short slab high-rise buildings and enjoys an urbanwaterfront life. The rich cascade landscape created by Terrace Garden and the 4000-square-meteratrium waterscape lay emphasis on participatory design. Pavilions, landscapewalls, waterfalls and other delicate garden ornaments, private gardens and oasislandscapes can be seen in four seasons. A real natural breath can be touched amidhustle and bustle.Blossom Trestle Garden connects the garden and OlympicPark. The landscape covers an area of 22000 square meters.
Howthe gentle and quiet residential environment can be blended with the broad andmagnificent Hun River bank is a core issue to be solved in this design. “Trestle”,as a carrier, conveys a modern, fresh and noble impression of the residentialarea. With “blossom” as the base, a romantic ocean connected with the Hun Riverbank is created. Two concise elements express a modern,aestheticand noble environmental impression of the residential area, to make “Blossom Trestle” an existence between two large spaces,rather than an imposition.“Blossom” chooses a singlevariety of pink system, forms a romantic interpretation of the waterfront spaceand sets a romantic and aesthetic space tone. The simple and plain dimensionalsense is more harmonious with the river bank. The trestle transits to both banks, making it intimate but not impotent,and becomes a language which bridges two places. Gazebos on both ends of the trestle sit face to face across the “sea of flowers”. This isalso a modern interpretationof the relationship between “this shore and the other shore” in traditionalChinese waterscape culture.
