‍‍根据澳洲住房协会（HIA）的最新报告，得益于独立房销量强劲上升，3月份的新屋销量持续增加。

HIA最新的《新屋销售报告》在对澳洲业务量最大的建筑商进行调查后发现，3月份的新屋销量季调后月率上扬0.2%，在截至3月份的三个月里，新屋销量增加5.8%，年比跳涨23.4%。2月份的新屋销量劲升4.6%，达到近三年来的最高水平。

第一季度独立房的销量劲升7%，3月份的增幅仅为0.2%。第一季度多单元房的销量则减少0.2%。

HIA的经济学家Diwa Hopkins指出，在今年的第一季度里，所有州/领地的独立房销量都呈现上升趋势。

其中昆州的独立房销量猛增20.2%，西澳也劲增6.6%。‍‍此次房产复苏的原动力新州NSW与南澳则维持稳健的销售活动水平，分别上升0.8%与6.2%。‍‍维州的涨幅为5.6%。“周五公布的数据表明，这些州的新屋销售市场可能还将进一步改善。”‍‍‍

‍‍New home sales have increased by a seasonally adjusted 5.8% in the March quarter to be 23.4% higher than the same time last year, according to the HIA.‍‍

Queensland led the growth in new detached house sales with a 20.2% uptick over the three months, the Housing Industry Association (HIA) said, with economist Diwa Hopkins attributing this to the fact that the new housing recovery is just beginning to gain traction in the sunshine state.

‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍Hopkins said that South Australia is also showing positive results, with sales up by 6.2% over the quarter.‍‍

“The original drivers of the recovery, New South Wales and Western Australia, have maintained healthier levels of sales activity.

‍‍

“This update shows there may be some potential for further growth in these states,” Hopkins said.‍‍

‍‍Detached house sales increased over the quarter by 6.6% in Western Australia, 5.6% in Victoria and 0.8% in NSW, according to the HIA‍‍.

For the month of March however, the figure was a modest 0.2% when compared with the 4.6% increase seen in February.‍‍

‍‍“It’s encouraging to see that during the March 2014 quarter all of the surveyed states recorded increases in detached house sales,” Hopkins said.

‍‍The new home sales figures will be watched closely because the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) has identified the housing sector as one of the areas of the economy that could pick up the slack‍‍ left by waning mining investment..‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍
