为了进一步增强我校师资力量，我校于4月21日参加了由长春师范大学国际教师教育学院举办的中国双语教师网络联盟年会--双语教师招聘会，我校国际部张主任在会上做了真诚、用心、细致、周到的宣讲，不单单以宣传学校、招聘人才为目的，更是以我们工作内容和教师培养方向为起点，为参会应聘的学生上了生动的一课，许多学生因张主任对国际教育的切身感受和现状分析深深触动，积极向我校投上简历，申请加入我们的团队学习，把握好人生的平台。

次日上午，长春师范大学国际教育董事会成立大会暨中国双语教师网络联盟年会召开，全体董事会成员以及来自北京、上海、广东、江苏、山东等省市的50多所国际学校和国际教育集团的中国双语教师网络联盟单位，100余位代表参加了大会，其中，长春市实验中学苏书记和国际部张主任也参加了此次中国双语教师网络联盟年会。会上，长春师范大学校长兼国际教育董事会主席赵骥民代表学校对嘉宾的到来表示热烈的欢迎，并与战高峰同志共同为长春师范大学国际教育董事会揭牌。会议最后，赵校长为长春师范大学双语学习教育见习、实习基地-北京市昌平新东方外国语学校、长春市实验中学、长春市政府机关第二幼儿园经开分园授牌，开启了双语学生2周+4周校外见习、18周用人单文实习，以及全程“学徒制”培养模式。至此，我校将作为长春唯一一所国际高中双语实习基地，将为社会培养更多优秀的国际教师。

In order to strength our faculty, Changchun Experimental High School International Division attended the staff recruitment fair in Changchun Normal University on April, 21st. Director May made a sincere, meticulous and thoughtful speech, which illustrated working style and cultivation for interns. On the next day, Changchun Normal University International Education Board was established, and all members of board and international school such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong ,Jiangsu and Shandong and the other 100 members attended it, including Secretary Sue and Director May of Changchun Experimental High School. Principal Zhao of Changchun Normal University gave a warm welcome and unveiling of the cornerstone with Zhan Gaofeng. At last, principal Zhao gave the plaque to three intern bases--Beijing Changping District New Oriental School, Changchun Experimental High School and the Kindergarten of Changchun Jingkai District. So far, our school will be the only international high school intern base to cultivate more excellent teachers for society.
