2016年白皮书是美国商会推出的第18年度《美国企业在中国》。重庆今年是第六年作为白皮书的发布城市。
2016 White Paper is the 18th issue of “American Business in China”. And it's the sixth time for Chongqing to be chosen as one of the sample cities. 

2016年《美国企业在中国白皮书》呈现中国美国商会、上海美国商会和西南美国商会成员企业关于在华商业运作的贸易和商业等观点，并将在来年为高层制定双边政策提供一个平台。
2016 White Paper represents views of AmCham China, AmCham Shanghai and AmCham Southwest members which focuses on trade and commercial issues of American business in China and will help establish policy platform for the next year.
届时，来自外国领馆、政府、美商会会员企业和世界五百强企业的代表将出席本次重庆白皮书发布会活动，并会有多家主流媒体对此次活动进行宣传报道。
By then, distinguished guests from consulates, government, AmCham members, world top 500 companies and so forth will attend this event and celebrate the release of the White Paper. Mainstream media will also be there to report this event.
