Plan and develop marketing communications campaigns and toolkits to support the implementation of designated business cases to meet global marketing objectives. Deliver, support and provide guidance to the broader Management Systems’ Inspection Services marketing community
- Develop campaign templates to enable the delivery of global marketing communications toolkits for use by operational marketing teams and business case owners at an area and/or local level
- To develop marketing communications’ toolkits to include content creation for Area Marketing Managers and business case owners to support the designated business cases, to ensure all relevant aspects of communications activities are identified and successfully delivered
- Manage the budget in relation to toolkit and campaign template creation costs in line with global requirements and processes
- Manage and monitor the Management Systems’ LRQA global brand identity and advise internal and external stakeholders on appropriate usage as necessary (includes design and imagery specific elements) to ensure consistent application and use of brand
- Develop global templates for marketing materials, including events, PowerPoint and email campaigns for Operational Marketing Teams to ensure all relevant aspects of communications activities are identified and successfully delivered
- Delivery of global business case marketing communications for use by for global business case owners and Operational Marketing Teams
- Delivery of metrics as predefined by the wider Brand & Communications team and to identify communication channels and tactics for informing key stakeholders
- A degree in a relevant discipline and experience in a B2B marketing function
- Strong copywriting and data visualisation skills to develop content for different audiences
- Events management experience, particularly working with thought leaders on international events
- IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint - Yammer and Connect to include architecture and site build, uploading of content and maintenance), JDE (to include invoicing and the raising of POs), Synthesio (for media monitoring)
- Digital marketing skills, including social media channels, interactive content, analytics and an understanding of appropriate usage in a B2B setting
- Preference for experience with a Content Management System and a Marketing Automation Programme
- An understanding of the importance of brand identity to promote and protect the LRQA and Group brand
- Flexible and results-oriented approach to meet varying and competing client and business demands whilst remaining commercially focused
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop solutions whilst meeting the requirements of internal procedures and external regulatory authorities
- An assertive approach to problem solving with strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, negotiate, influence and persuade at all levels
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Written and verbal fluency in another key LRQA language (French, Spanish, German, Japanese and Chinese) would be an advantage
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Ability to communicate and conduct training courses as required
- In-depth knowledge of content in terms of best practice, channels, amplification and measurement
