Provide professional financial and accounting advice to Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients in the UK and China within specified deadlines.

Due to the regular travel requirements to China and client facing nature of the role, spoken and written Chinese at professional proficiency is highly desirable.

A commercial understanding of Chinese culture is advantageous.

-   Manage a small portfolio of China related clients

-   Participate in the preparation of statutory financial statements and management information for a number of Chinese clients

-   Audit accounts and book-keeping records in accordance to UK GAPP and IAS

-   Prepare tax and financial returns

-   Provide advises on tax issues and solutions on tax disputes with the UK tax authority

-   Evaluate financial information for the clients and provide advice on profit improvement measures

-   Liaise with the clients to prepare and review budgets and other analysis

-   Bachelor degree in finance or accountancy

-   Newly ACCA qualified or partly qualified

-   Professional level of proficiency in written and spoken Chinese

-   Previous accounting experience within small or medium sized UK company preferred

-   Previous experience in international business preferred

-   A good working knowledge of Sage 50 and Sage 200 knowledge

-   Proficient at All Microsoft Office suite products

-   Previous experience of using pointOne EPos software is advantageous
