Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting an experienced Credit Controller / Debt Recovery who can speak fluent Chinese to work within a reputable organisation within the Northwich area. This position is on a permanent contract basis and is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is goal orientated, motivated and self-sufficient.

•      Chasing and recovering outstanding debt via phone and email

•      Dealing with customer queries

•      Negotiating payment plans with customers 

•      Ensuring that monthly collection targets are exceeded

•      Managing the process of escalation to in-country lawyers as appropriate

•      Tenacity, a confident manner, and a firm but professional attitude 

•      Experience in debt collection / credit control with proven success in exceeding targets

•      Ability to work accurately whilst under pressure 

•      Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office applications

•      Ability to self-start and manage own workload

•      Good written and spoken English and Chinese skills

•      Excellent telephone manner 

•      Flexible working arrangement and flexible hours - full time or part time

•      Commission schemes on top of base salary, giving the successful applicant the ability to earn £25-30K
