-   Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and  English (spoken and written)

-   Some travel & accommodation,hospitality or call centre experience  

-   Strong focus on customer service and attention to detail in maintaining quality service

-   Excellent time management skills with proven experience in multi-tasking

-   Excellent communication skills

-   High-level, phone-based customer service experience displaying empathy, patience and listening skills

-   Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
