近日，能發偉業宣佈，公司獲得遼寧大伙房引水工程（二期，即瀋陽-遼陽-鞍山段），約170萬美元的閥門供貨合同。該合同計畫於2016年底前全部供貨。
為解決遼寧中部六城市缺水問題，遼寧大伙房引水供水工程是遼寧省規模最大、覆蓋面最廣的水利工程之一，惠及遼寧中部的撫順、瀋陽、遼陽、鞍山、營口、盤錦和大連7個最發達城市。全長約260公里，2008-2009年期間，公司曾為遼寧大伙房輸水工程（一期，即大伙房-瀋陽段）提供閥門及其配套產品約470萬美元，該專案已經全部建成並已在遼寧省最大城市瀋陽開始全面供水，日供水能力達130萬噸。
遼寧大伙房引水工程（二期）專案主要是為解決盤錦、營口、大連部分乾旱地區的供水問題，我們也期望隨著該工程的繼續建設，在未來能獲得更多相關合同。

可以看到，這筆合約的規模達到170萬美元，金額大大高於此前三個月內的另外四筆訂單！同時，本次拿下的訂單是一個不折不扣的政府工程，對於NFEC的企業形象和未來商業合作的可能性，都有極大的提升作用。
對於一家做實業的公司來說，訂單多少是唯一實際的考量標準。訂單越多，營收越高，財報越好，自然股價也就會相應走高。
從近期這一系列的動作來看，NFEC的股價蟄伏已久，等待的或許就是下一個財報視窗的一波爆發。
NFEC雖然正在做區間盤整，但已經站上了200天和50天均線的支撐，且均線已經形成了金叉，這都是看漲的信號。短期只要有量的配合，將打破盤整格局，突破上漲。目標看向1.60。
