INTO University Partnerships was established in 2005 at the invitation of the University of East Anglia (UEA). Seeking to address underperformance in international student recruitment, but uncomfortable with the principle of outsourcing the delivery of English language and pathway programmes, the University worked with INTO to develop an innovative public/private partnership structure. INTO UEA was created, and for the last number of years has facilitated major investment, expansion and enhanced services for international students at the University. This modus operandi has underpinned the success of further partnerships with leading universities in Europe, North America and Asia.

The post is part of the UK Conversion Email Marketing team in the Global Recruitment Unit. The team has a remit to support the recruitment of students to our centres around the world however this role’s primary focus is for recruitment to our UK centres.
The role involves the provision of a translation service to the email marketing team to support our personalisation strategy. Proofing each email and web landing pages for accurate use of translation and communicating any inconsistencies back to the appropriate resource for correction.

-   Provide informed translation service to support global email marketing and recruitment campaigns

-   Build and populate CMS of localised website landing pages

-   Quality control and testing of local language emails and related web landing pages

-   Write for the email and website channel and populate content in our Email Studio and Content Management Systems

-   Provide translation and content support for global email marketing initiatives and recruitment campaigns

-   Produce localised emails and landing pages that convert opens into clicks and ultimately drives enrolments

-   Maintain and update our local language content library

-   Liaise with other members of INTO’s marketing network to contribute to the development of localised and optimised content that drives conversion and demand generation
