澳洲首都地区公布了一项州担保新政：2016年11月起执行，过去两年中在ACT州完成了博士学位，凡符合移民局最低要求的，均可自动免费获取ACT州担保，进行190移民申请！

It is expected that the following nomination processes will be implemented:

• Simplified online application for ACT nomination (with minimal supporting documentation) capturing personal contact and PhD course details;

• No requirement to meet the standard nomination criteria e.g. employability and commitment;

• Fee free application (the $300 service fee will be waived); and

• Priority processing (within one week)  of the application for ACT

  nomination
