My prestigious award-winning financial client is looking for a Chinese speaking (Mandarin) graduate to work as a Client On-Boarding Executive to conduct KYC / AML checks on all new clients.

No previous financial experience is needed!! Hence this is an amazing opportunity to start a career in the lucrative world of finance!

-   University degree or equivalent

-   Chinese speaking (Mandarin)

-   Excellent with MS Office (Word, Excel etc.)

-   Confident and proactive in communicating with people at all levels

-   Able to work in a high pressured and deadline driven environment 

-   First point of contact for clients in relation to account opening queries

-   Conduct full KYC / AML checks on all new clients in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements

-   Investigate potential clients in order to identify possible PEPs or Sanctioned Individuals for KYC and risk purposes

-   Conduct desktop investigations of clients utilising all available internal / external systems

-   Liaise with various departments; especially Client Services, Sales and Compliance regarding client setups

-   Ensure accurate KYC / AML information is recorded for risk management purposes

-   Liaise with the client when necessary to ensure they have a clear understanding of requirements

-   Assist with on-going maintenance of client information and documentation
