-   Design and implement methods of assessing the performance of students, and undertake the evaluation of assessments based upon performance

-   Match students’ performance to prospect universities

-   Answer clients’ daily queries, and convert enquiries into sales

-   Draft reasonable and practical application schemes

-   Manage and oversee clients’ application progresses to ensure the timely administration to meet clients’ expectation

-   Advise on suitable universities and majors based on applicants’ previous academic performance

-   Contribute to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets

-   Manage and motivate junior Education Consultants to achieve KPI and service standards

-   Build and maintain a high level of educational and commercial credibility by keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in educational policy and market influences

-   Bachelor degree or above

-   In-depth understanding of both UK and Chinese culture, and related consulting requirements

-   Strong communication, organisational, negotiation, relationship building and management skills

-   English / Chinese (Mandarin) at a professional level both written and verbal
