Dial Partners specialises in crafting solutions to the complex financial and strategic challenges facing our diverse set of clients in the UK and around the world, including public and private corporations, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.

Working as part of a strong London based team the candidate will support senior Directors and Partners in:

·Research of industry and company information

·Assist in the preparation of pitch presentations

·Perform financial analyses, including comparable transaction and public company analysis

·Build detailed financial models, incorporating operational and cash flow forecasts

·Draft teasers, information memorandums and other marketing documents

·Research and develop potential strategic and buyer list

·Manage transaction logistics, including: update documents, administering data rooms, organise calls/meetings etc

·A minimum of 3- 6 months UK transaction and relevant corporate finance experience from either a Bulge bracket bank, leading advisory firm/ PE house or Big 4 accountancy practice;

·The position requires a self-confident person who is reliable and well organised with a high level of attention to detail;

·Highly motivated with the ability to work to tight deadlines;

·A strong academic background and preferable post graduate qualifications such as ACA/ CFA/ MBA qualifications, however candidates who do not possess these qualification but with relevant experience will still be considered;

·Proven competence in financial modelling (DCF / LBO / accretion / dilution / Comparable benchmarking), valuations and financial analysis

·Excellent communication skills (fluency in written and oral English)

·Mandarin speaker highly desired
