Fox Design Exhibition已经完美闭幕一周了，这次的成功真的离不开一个人物。初次认识他，他是被Fox工作室的那些优秀创作给吸引的，他对艺术设计充满了热爱，于是便有了后来的合作和相见。

第一次见到他，他十分安静，真的没有想到一个如此安静外表下，他竟有如此强大的后台资源和有趣的背景。Fox这次的酒水和食物赞助商“赤红”、到场的外国友人、模特以及歌手都是他盛情邀请的，全都是他的朋友，让整个展览更具有包容性和国际性。他经常戴着一副墨镜，十分神秘。他性格沉默，但遇到对的人会放开拘谨，谈笑风声。他的职业是经纪人和活动策划，会让每一个现场都充满热情和气氛，让每一个活动更具有精神和灵魂－他就是Anthony。

Anthony｜扑朔迷离的经历

Anthony，一个在北京胡同里长大的男孩儿，他踏进这扑朔迷离的娱乐圈，只因为他在酒吧驻唱的爱人。初入这个行业的他，就是一张白纸，虽然有不少圈内好友，多少还是有些胆怯。可能老天比较眷顾努力的人，在美空CEO傅磊先生的生日party上，他结识了好莱坞华裔女星Nina Wu，俩人比较投缘，很快变成了无话不说的闺蜜，她给了Anthony很多建议和帮助，让他信心倍增！

时间一天一天的过去，现在的Anthony正在一步一步的建立属于自己的行内王国，从模特儿、歌手、到Dancer、演员，以及此时此刻正在合作的非洲脱口秀明星Queennak，他都做的游刃有余。他也正在策划他的独立工作室，这是他目前的计划之一。

在采访过程中，他如实说一直在思考如何才能成为称职的经纪人？就他而言他是特别讲缘分讲感情的。因为艺人和经纪人真的要成为朋友，闺蜜，家人。很多新人会问：有没有好的经纪人可以介绍？有没有好的经纪公司可以推荐？答案就是沒有最好的经纪公司！大的不一定好（管不到你）、小的也不一定好（力道有限），且没有经纪人捧谁都会红！

最要紧的是，艺人与经纪人真的要性格适合，又愿意一起打拼吃苦，並有共同目标共同语言的，我想，拼死拼活，经纪人会为自己的面子，也为你，杀出血路。日久见人心，有情有义朋友才会越来越多，路子也越来越宽。你的艺人够名气，够实力，不用你自己卖力气，别人会主动惦记寻求合作！这个圈子也就是反应了社会各种行业看实力说话的一个缩影而已！任何圈子都一样的！人都喜欢寻找，向有名气有实力的人靠拢！优胜略汰的自然法则而已！没人找你，说明你还不够有实力，不够强大不够有名气！该做的不是怨天尤人羡慕嫉妒恨，而是该如何武装自己蜕变得足够强大，足够吸引金凤凰！

Fox Design Exhibition has been successfully concluded. The success of the exhibition thanks to one person. He was drawn to the outstanding artworks from the Fox Studio at first because of his love for art and design. And it’s the same kind of love that led to our cooperation.

When we first met him, he was very quiet. But who would have thought, that beneath all the quietness were powerful resources and intriguing background. AKABENI who provided us with food and beverage, foreign friends, models and singers were all introduced by him to our event, which made the opening ceremony more inclusive and international. He always wears a pair of sunglasses, appearing very mysterious. He seems silent, but he would open up and become communicative when he meets the right people. He is a model agent and event planner, capable of making any occasion jubilant and joyous, and bringing passionate spirits and souls to every event he attends. And this person is none other than Anthony.

Anthony, a boy raised in Hutong – traditional Beijing alleys built in the last century – stepped in the excessive and extravagant entertainment industry which many young would kill for, merely for his lover, a club singer. As new as a white sheet, Anthony was timidity and shy when he first set foot in this, although he already had had a lot of insider friends.

Over years of taking challenges and growing. His effort finally paid off and was recognized by a Hollywood star, Nina Wu, on the birthday party of Mr. Fu, CEO of moko, the biggest internet entertainment agency in China. Anthony and Ms. Wu were like meant for each other, they soon became the best and say-anything friend to each other. She became his mentor, offering him valuable suggestions and help, which added up to his courage. With time passing by, Anthony builds up his own entertainment realm of his own from scratch. Veteran as he is, Anthony supports and help models, dancers, actors and actresses, and even Queennak, the current popular Africa talk show rising star. And now his own independent studio is under way. As successful as he is, Anthony still thinks a lot about how to be a more successful entertainment manager.

According to him, one thing he wants to highlight is to build strong connection, just like to make them[entertainment stars] your family, your friends, your soulmates. Many young star who just steps in this realm may wonder which is the best entertainment manager to recommend. Well, the truth is, there is not such thing! Big and established firms would ignore the needs of new but promising stars, while small and area-specific managers have limited resource. Its commonly aware that no future of any promising stars can be 100% guaranteed by any of the list. Only those who understands your needs and make a perfect team to take challenges with can be qualified as fit. “Cross my heart, I will help them.” Anthony said, putting away his self-ego and benefit. The old saying “Time reveals a man's heart” fully stands for his philosophy, which supports the very success of Anthony.

At the end of the interview with Anthony, he encouraged everyone in and out of the industry to invest themselves by working harder, rather than complaining everything and wasting time. The rule of the world never changes, only the strongest can survive. True talent will come to you and surround you, just like true blue will never stain.
