Client Relationship Manager 客户关系经理

 

Work Location: Saskatoon SK/Fredericton NB萨斯卡通/福莱

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

·       To provide professional, considerate, and satisfactory client services at local with high customer satisfaction.

·       To maintain, reinforce, and develop the client relationship and lift up the clients' loyalty to the company in a professional manner.

·       To carry out marketing and business activities.

·       To coordinate and communicate with head office, other branches and the counterparts smoothly and efficiently.

·       To continuously improve client services and working efficiency.

Requirements:

 

·       Bachelor's degree and above, major in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, and Economics, etc.

·       Strong customer service oriented, warm-hearted, patient withcustomers and passionate in working.

·       Familiar with local transportation, living environment, educationresources, and other useful information for the clients.

·       Knowledgeable of client relationship management and skilled at business development.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both English and Chinese.

·       Full driver's licence is a must.

·       A quick learner, target driver, and a problem solver.

Administration Assistant 行政助理

 

Work Location: Saskatoon, SK 萨斯卡通

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

·       Reception services for all callers, visitors and co-workers

·       Responsible for office maintenance duties and office supplies purchase

·       Prepare for meetings and take meeting minutes when necessary

·       General clerical support, including drafting,summarizing, and filing the documents

·       Hotel and air-ticket booking when necessary

·       Fixed Asset recording, regular update, and annual review

·       Shipping/receiving documents, letters, and packages

·       Provide other administration support

 

Requirement:

·       College and above degree

·       Proactive and patient, detail oriented, and very organized

·       Strong interpersonal communication skill, fluent in both English and Mandarin

·       Previous administration related working experience is an asset

·       Be willing to learn and take extra tasks

·       Full driver's licence

·       Hands on Microsoft Office
