Sales and Negotiation
• Has a good understanding on existing and target Chinese clients business (eg commercial drivers, business goals, strategy and plans, finances and profitability, structure and the personal and business objectives of key contacts)
• Able to negotiate and achieve high sales records
• Builds knowledge of the Chinese factors influencing the London property sector (eg economic, political, regulatory, legal) and relevant markets (eg current activity, key players, trends, drivers, economic, political, regulatory and legal environment)
• Has a broad external network to support knowledge-building and service to Chinese clients
• Proven experience working with UK Developers on Residential Projects
Business Development
• Chinese Core Client database daily maintenance
• Proactively and appropriately interacts with internal and external Chinese client contacts to strengthen relationships and further understanding
• Delivers tailored internal and external Chinese clients service to a consistently high standard to build client trust and company/ business area reputation
• Understands the business development process with Chinese clients and finds ways to contribute to own area’s business development activity to deepen understanding
• Builds network within Chinese professionals among different fields
Team Collaboration
• Day-to-day communication and collaboration
• Assisting line manager to achieve UK developer London project marketing and sales structure
• Internal communication-day-to-day communication within Residential team, proactively shares information for the benefit of colleagues formally (e.g. through client care system, property portal, team databases) and informally (where not confidential)
• Willingly works as a part of a team and share responsibility
Qualifications and Experience Required
• Equivalent to native Mandarin speaker with fluent Business English
• Good negotiation and communication skills with Chinese clients based in mainland China.
• Has an excellent network with the Chinese investor market
• Proven ability to convert networks of Chinese investors into investment returns into the Residential sector
• Evidence of identifying and attracting new Chinese investors through events, overseas trips and networking events
• Experience of providing strategic analysis of likely long and short term future performance of residential property in the London
• Providing strategic investment and portfolio advice on London residential market to Chinese entrepreneur and individual investors, considering their needs including outgoings, commitments and dependents
• Individual actively keeps up to date with financial products, legislation and requirements for compliance with the relevant regulatory authority
• Business Development experience in China and Chinese clients in London, highly involved with Chinese entrepreneur and Individuals, and good client’s relationship maintenance
• Digital marketing experience on Chinese market and Professional Knowledge on London residential projects and first line sales experience
