Working in a fast paced B2B environment, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills and responsibilities in a relatively short space of time.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for contributing ideas to, and implementing the marketing strategy, always with one eye on tracking results, and achieving successful lead gen campaigns on your mind. There will be the opportunity to take on projects, practice and hone your social media skills and become the go-to marketer for your product area.
Responsibilities
·Planning, executing, monitoring and evaluating new business and client loyalty campaigns for two of our industry verticals – Construction and Infrastructure
·Tracking sales and marketing leads, providing the Marketing Manager with regular metrics and supporting them reporting tasks
·Writing email and collateral content
·Generating content and campaign ideas for the various channels, finding new ways to demonstrate Timetric’s expertise to prospective clients
·Effectively use social media to build brand awareness & credibility
·Working closely with product heads and analysts to manage report publication schedules and planning accordingly
·Working with the sales team to support their lead gen activities
·Co-ordinating our events partnerships for your product areas
·Researching and pursuing PR, event and media partnership relationships and opportunities for your product areas
·Understanding and monitoring competitors for your product areas and keeping industry developments
·Meeting monthly revenue targets for reports marketing
·Managing the marketing plan and meeting deadlines
·Ensuring your results are continuously and conscientiously updated
·Consistent focus on quality of work – ability to evaluate and improve on each campaign’s success
Skills and Experience
·Graduate – Marketing preferred but not essential
·1 year minimum marketing experience (B2B preferable but not essential)
·Thorough understanding of key marketing metrics and KPIs
·High standard of copy writing - grammar and tone of voice
·Highly organised, able to manage multiple types of activity and campaigns
·Good working knowledge of social media channels in an (ideally B2B) marketing context–LinkedIn and Twitter
·An understanding of the role of content marketing into today’s B2B market
·Experience of working in a team and collaborating with other departments
·Self starter happy to own projects while reporting upwards
·Openness, enthusiasm and tenacity a must
·Ability to assess and generate quality leads for your sales teams
Ideal but not essential
·Previous experience of Sales Force
·Previous use of marketing automation tools (E.G. Eloqua / Marketo / Pardot / Hubspot)
·Languages – Mandarin would be amazing
