Job Purpose
A Business Analyst is required determine the overall impact of GDPR on the Bank and to scope and structure a suitable program of work to meet this requirement by 25 May 2018 and to continue to meet this on an ongoing basis. A key deliverable will be a fully costed business case document covering the above for presentation to the Banks internal investment committee.
Keys responsibilities:
• Determine the overall impact of GDPR on the Bank
• Scope and structure a program of work to meet this requirement by 25 May 2018 and any ongoing requirements thereafter
• Formulate the above in the form of a detailed business case for submission to the Banks internal investment committee
• Accountable to an internal program steering committee
• Work across multiple stakeholders
Essential Experience required to successfully perform the role
• Relevant experience of working in a regulated environment, ideally Financial Services however open to industry
• Knowledge of Data Privacy legislation and of data privacy change management programs
• Regulatory change management program experience
• Demonstrable expertise in producing formal business requirements and business case documents in response to complex regulatory requirements
• Understands the broader business environment in which they work from all perspectives
Desirable Experience required to successfully perform the role
• Previous Data Privacy experience from an IT and business perspective
• Project and/or program management accreditation e.g. Prince II
• Risk management: Identifies and manages risk within their area/s of influence; uses, develops and implements risk measurement and management systems, processes and policies
• Project / deliverable management: Develops and monitors courses of action (work plans) for themselves and others to ensure that work is completed in a controlled and efficient manner
