Job Purpose

ICBC Standard ('ICBCS') currently makes use of Continuous Linked Settlement ('CLS') to mitigate settlement risk associated to its FX trading business. ICBCS accesses CLS as a 3rd party. The Bank would like to replace the existing service with a strategic alternative.

Keys responsibilities

·Act as Project manager within IT Change - driving the migration to the new provider, managing the direct and indirect teams working on the project

·As well as doing project management work, this role will likely also entail analysis on the existing state and prepare the path for the future state (Swift messaging, integration etc)

·Manage the Project's Change Management plan and budget

·Identify, analyse and prepare risk and issue mitigation tactics

·Identify and manage anticipated resistance

·Support and engage senior leaders and assist with stakeholder management

·Support design and definition of roles and responsibilities required for the project

·Co-ordinate efforts with other specialists

·Evaluate and ensure user readiness

·Track and manage dependencies

·Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Required

·A degree or equivalent

·Experience of working in a regulated environment, ideally Financial Services
