This program will be conducted in English.

Hawaii is the 50 th and most recent state to join the United States of America, joining the U.S. in 1959. Nicknamed “the Aloha state”, it is a tourist destination for both Americans and international visitors, especially from Asia! Furthermore, it has a rich and varied history of its own preceding its entry into the U.S.  Beyond its pristine beaches, rich cultural heritage, and picturesque weather, it is also the state with the largest population of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, attracting immigrants throughout Asia and the Pacific Islands.

So join us in celebration of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month, as two diplomats who call Hawaii home introduce you to their home state of beautiful Hawaii.

This program is not suitable for children under 6.
