Job Description
·Attending and presenting at property launches in UK, China and Hong Kong
·Building a network of third party introducers in UK, China and Hong Kong
·Handling viewings of London developments with investors
·Liaising with team in China to coordinate visiting investor viewings
·Presenting Property Market updates at global events
·Regular international travel
Knowledge & Experience
·Experience working in the Central London residential property market
·Experience in dealing with Asian buyers and investors
·A consistent sales track record demonstrating capability of building and sustaining sales pipelines over time
·An established contact list of Asian buyers and investors
·Fully conversant with UK and Chinese culture
·Full understanding of UK property conveyancing law, UK tax law, and UK mortgage regulations in respect of UK sales to overseas investors
·Able to competently promote and write property market press articles on all digital marketing platforms, especially WeChat public account
·Confident presenter / public speaker
·Must be available to travel to Mainland China and Hong Kong for regular property launches and networking
Skills & Personal Qualities
·Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English – both verbally and written
