Working within the Goldsmiths Confucius Institute for Dance and Performance, you will be in charge of over-seeing the day-to-day running of the office and responsible for managing all related activities. Your line manager will be the Director, and you will be assisting the Director with departmental planning and budgeting.

You will have appropriate administrative and supervisory experience, and excellent organisational skills, as well as flexibility and initiative. You will be a hard-working and self-motivated individual with an excellent command of the English language. A high level of computer literacy, familiarity and experience with both Macintosh and PC platforms will be essential. Knowledge of Mandarin would be desirable. You will also have knowledge of processing purchase orders and in house financial systems. You will also have an interest in the performing arts and/or Chinese arts and culture and should not need a visa to work in the UK.
