·To assist the Investment Strategy team in all aspects of the team’s work, with the aim of enhancing the delivery and content of strategic investment advice given to clients.

·The role would appeal to candidates with strong strategic thinking and an interest in the fund management of real assets.

·Assisting in the quarterly / annual client reporting process on client mandates.

·Assisting in the development of fundamental analysis on the UK economy and commercial property market.

·Producing internal briefing notes and external marketing brochures on the current strategic issues affecting both direct and indirect property investment for our clients.

·Presenting on the economy and commercial property market to the investment management team and providing general analytical support to members of the investment team.

·Knowledge of the UK, continental Europe and Asia Pacific commercial property markets.

·Client facing, good communicator (written and oral) with insightful and interesting style.

·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including advanced excel and portfolio analytical skills and Argus Investor (Circle).

·Candidates must have experience in constructing and maintaining portfolio risk analysis models and econometric forecast models.

·Candidates must demonstrate strong research skills and effective economic and property data collection ability, and experience in transforming market research into real estate strategies.

·Good understanding of the components of commercial property performance. Candidates need to be familiar with MSCI performance reporting processes and portfolio measurement.

·Candidates should have at least one year of relevant market research, fund analyst and business development experience.

·Candidates should have excellent time management skill, able to prioritise several projects at once, and work to tight deadlines.

·Candidates must have excellent attention to detail.
