Building relationships and creating rapport, you’ll help to forge the bond of a loyal customer relationship.

This is a role that demands much more than fluency in Mandarin. You’ll need a deep appreciation of the culture and an instinctive grasp of its sensitivities. You’ll combine empathy, a commercial mind set, adaptability and productivity. You’ll go above and beyond to deliver excellence; so no detail will be too small to escape your attention; because you understand that we’re a business that puts our customers at the heart of everything we do.
Important Information: This is a part-time, fixed term, contract, averaging 18.75 hours per week (some weeks could be less but many weeks will be 27 hours or over). Please only apply if you can work these hours. There are no full-time positions available. Shift lengths are either 5 or 9 hours, on a variable roster pattern which has been created to cover our Beijing and Shanghai flights. This means that working days and working shifts are not the same every week. Your initial training course however will be on a full-time basis (40 hours per week – 0800-1700) and will be 3-4 weeks in duration, mostly Monday-Friday. Payment will be on a full-time basis for this period. This role is based at Heathrow only and the earliest shift currently starts at 05:45.
The full-time equivalent salary for this role on starting is £19,141, rising to £20,098 after 6 months. Part-time pay would be pro-rated according to the average of 18.75 hours per week. Shift pay is in addition to this and is variable according to which shifts are actually worked but on average it will equate to approximately £69 per month.
