2018年4月21日下午2点30分，第一届莱索托马驰本学院国际学校孔子课堂（以下简称莱孔子课堂）中华美食文化活动在莱索托首都马塞卢顺利结束！本次活动共有校内外90余人参加。本次活动邀请到了莱索托马塞卢最好的樱桃中餐馆的大厨为我们做现场演示，在用于品尝的菜品上也邀请到了另一家中餐馆的后厨总厨为我们亲自掌勺制作。

At 14:30, April 21 of 2018, the First Chinese Food Experience Activity from Confucius Classroom at Machabeng College International School of Lesotho (Hereinafter referred to as Confucius Classroom of Lesotho) completed successfully. There were around 90 local Lesotho people joined this activity. This time we also invited the chef from one of the best Restaurants “ Yingtao Restaurant” to show the cooking skills of making Chinese food. About the shared dishes, we also invited another professional Chinese chef from Ba Lou Restaurant to cook for us. 

本次活动不仅成功展示了中华美食文化的历史和譬如中国主要菜系等的基本美食文化常识，也教授了四道经典中国菜（宫保鸡丁、鱼香肉丝、树椒土豆丝、麻婆豆腐），也让更多的人爱上并喜欢上了中国菜！现场气氛热烈活跃，在场观看厨师烹饪的莱索托人无不为厨师精湛的烹饪技巧和火爆的烹饪效果所折服，惊叹声、赞叹声、欢呼声此起彼伏，声声入耳。在活动之后我们也收到了非常多的积极反馈，希望孔子课堂能够将此类活动做得更大做得更好。我们也在本次活动的基础上收获了人脉和经验。以后莱孔子课堂将会更加努力，会进一步加强课堂教学与文化活动的结合，让莱索托人知道更多中国博大精深的文化，为增进中莱友谊做出贡献。

     This activity not only showed the long-stand Chinese Food culture, but also taught the local people some cooking skills of 4 Chinese food (Kongpao Chicken, Shredded pork with garlic sauce, Spicy Potato Slices and Mapo Tofu). The audiences were all attracted and surprised by the professional cooking skill and the fiery cooking effort. Exclamations, oohs and aahs were continuously coming out from them. After the activity, we also received a lot of positive commons. Most of the audiences expected that we could organise more Chinese cultural activities like this. Confucius Classroom of Lesotho earned more experience and more connections. Confucius Classroom of Lesotho will never stop working hard, we will deepen the combination of class-teaching and cultural practices. Make more Sesotho know about Chinese culture, make more contribution on the relationships between Lesotho and China.
