On Saturday March 31st and Sunday April 1st, the PYP staff and IB Coordinators participated in a two-day IB run workshop at CISH. An IB educator, with over 20 years of PYP teaching and learning, travelled from Suzhou to help facilitate a workshop on Making the PYP Happen. The workshop was designed to further guide and enhance both our PYP programme and our teacher’s understanding of the programme. Teachers examined the development and implementation of the essential elements within their classrooms, strategies for effective collaboration, and strategies for teaching using a transdisciplinary model. Every PYP teacher at CISH now has at least one PYP certification, with most teachers having two or more.

3月31日（周六）和4月1日（周日)，所有PYP的教职员工和IB 协调负责老师参加了为期两天的校内IB培训。我们邀请了一位拥有超过20年PYP教学和学习经验的IB学者从苏州来到合肥给老师们进行了关于“使PYP教学在课堂中进行”的培训。培训会议进一步引导和加强了老师对PYP课程的理解。老师们研究了课堂上必不可少的教学元素的发展和实现，如何进行有效合作的策略以及如何在课堂中使用跨学科的教学策略。本次培训结束以后，每一名CISH 的PYP老师至少都有一个PYP培训证书，大多数教师有两个或两个以上证书。
