On October 31, 2018, Changchun ExperimentalHigh School International Division held some activities to celebrate theHalloween. Foreign teachers introducedthe history of Halloween and learned Halloween vocabulary and other related fungames in the morning. At noon, all the teachers and students watched the movie.In the afternoon, all the teachers and students gathered in the activityclassroom and start the Party that they had been waiting for a long time.

  首先是万圣节最传统且经典的活动：来自各班的万圣节COS走秀，由所有老师作为评委来选择出最为亮眼的装扮，不得不说同学们的想象力十分丰富，完美地将万圣节的气氛展现出来，吸引了观众们的目光。

  The first sector was a Cosplay show in which the students from each class wore the Halloween costumes. The teachers were the judges to select which group was thebest. The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed, our audiences were attracteddeeply.

  第二场活动是十分有趣的运水果游戏，规则是每个班级派出两名学生，在规定时间内，谁用脸夹苹果走到终点，在终点处，谁夹的苹果最多，哪个班就获胜，不仅是同学参与了这场比赛，国际部的全体教师也积极参与，场面的竞争十分激烈，同学们都发出了热烈的呼喊。

  The second section was a Fruit game. Studentsshould transport the apples by using their cheeks, the more the better. Thisgame was not only held for the classmates, but also for the teachers. So thisgame was so competitive for everyone.

  下一场活动是抢椅子比赛，伴随着动感的音乐，抢到最后一把椅子的人就是冠军，可爱的老师们也参加了这场游戏，每个人的反应十分敏捷，激情四射，活力无限。

  The next game is called musical chairs. As usual, the person who got the last chair was the champion. The teachers also participated in this. Classmates cheered up for their head teachers.

  万圣节怎么能少了南瓜灯的身影呢！晚饭前的最后一场活动，是对各班级南瓜灯的评比，各班代表历时3个小时，从设计、雕刻、修整，创意十足。不多说，看图吧！

 Students also had a competition for PumpkinCarving. This activity lasted for 3 hours, whichincluded design, carving, and correction creatively.

  晚饭后又一场重头戏来了，是以往的万圣节所没有的活动：密室逃脱，所有布局由国际部学生会一手包办，整个游戏的思维逻辑非常严谨，每个班级派出了四名同学参加这场游戏，解密的过程十分刺激，体验到了鬼怪存在的世界，比赛过后，密室逃脱也为爱好者提供了机会去体验，该活动得到了全体师生的一致好评，十年级的学生获得了该比赛项目的第一名。

  Our last section was The Escaping; it means that players should escape from specific rooms or space which may have aparticular theme by solving some problems. The layout of this part was all heldby our Student Council members. It was our first time to obtain this chance to try this sort of game in school. Such event was madepossible with the effort of Student Council members! The G10 won the first prize.

  万圣节很快就结束了，给人的感觉是意犹未尽，感谢国际部为大家提供了感受西方特有节日的机会，全体师生的积极参与活动以及国际部学生会为这些活动的策划和游戏场地的布置所付出的精力。

  This Halloween party offersstudents the chance of understanding foreign traditional festival and culture.It promoted the relationship between students as well as the internationalcultural atmosphere of our school. Thanks for all contributions from StudentCouncil!
