一个国家总有让你喜欢的一面，那么加拿大呢？

1、我们很礼貌，包容性很强，不会对人家评头论足。

“I’m very happy with society in general here,” one person said。 “I was born in Canada and as much as I hatethe cold, I really can’t imagine living anywhere else。”

“我很庆幸能在加拿大出生成长。虽然我很讨厌这里的严冬，可是我根本不想移居到别的地方。”

2、每次进出商场，总有人帮我开门。

”[…and] because when I hold the door for someone I’m instantlygreeted with a smile and ‘thank you’。 Being Canadian is so much more than toques, lumberjacks, and say‘eh。’ You’re just bred awesome, and taught to respectelders and always be polite eh？”

“而当我帮人家开门的时候，别人会赠予我一个灿烂的微笑和一句真挚的“谢谢”。所以说，加拿大人不是只爱说“eh”，我们更爱说温暖人心的话语。”

3、我们的服务，我们的好客之道，我们的医疗系统。

4、我们能接受任何人——任何皮肤、任何文化、任何宗教、任何性取向。

“I’m proud to call Canada my home。 We have a large, diverse, and very beautiful, landscape。 I love our society in general。”

“加拿大是一个家，这个家拥有多元文化，美丽而温暖。”

5、以下是一位网友的故事：

“While wearing a shirt that said ‘Canada’ in a McDonalds inBerlin, a lady came up to me and asked if I was Canadian。 After saying I was, she asked if I could lookafter her CHILD while she went to stand in line。 Whenshe saw the look of confusion she simply said, ‘You’re Canadian, I know I cantrust you。’”

“我在柏林的时候，穿着一件印有CANADA的衣服。一位女士走过来问我是不是加拿大人，我说是的，然后那位女士问我能不能帮她看顾孩子，她要去排一下队。看见我疑惑的表情，那位女士只说了一句：你是加拿大人，我知道你靠谱。”

6、我们的多元文化

“I’m proud to be Canadian because of our diversity。 We have people who come from all over theworld and are proud to call themselves Canadian as soon as they come here。”

“我为我们的多元文化感到自豪。我们的国民来自世界各地，可是当他们移居到加拿大，他们就马上爱上加拿大这个家。”

7、我们禁止枪支，可是我们不禁止健达出奇蛋。

（注：出奇蛋在美国是违禁品）

8、我们有完善的教育系统。

9、我去旅游时候，告诉别人我是加拿大人，人家会由衷的说：加拿大是个好地方！

10、加拿大的风景很美。

11、加拿大的雪景也很美。

Along with some of the country’s natural charms： “The best walks in the night when it’ssnowing and the sky looks pink” and “The best fall season with a millionfoliages turning into my favourite colors。”

“加拿大最美的风景，莫过于雪天傍晚白色的地面和粉色的晚霞；加拿大最美的季节，莫过于万叶转红的秋天。”

12、我们善待动物，这里有最多的野生熊。

14、我们有最好的啤酒。

15、这里很和平，这里的罪案率很低。

This person also adds and counterbalances that “although thecost of the living has risen, wages seem pretty stagnant, employment prospectsare pretty bleak… I think once you have secured one of those well protectedjobs, life can be pretty sweet。”

“虽然人们经常抱怨，这里的物价涨了工资却不涨，就业率也偏低。。。可是我觉得，一旦在这里找到一份安稳的工作，不需要大富大贵，生活也可以过得很好。”

16、Tim Horton’s，不解释。

17、虽然我们很爱国，但是我们不炫耀。

“We don’t try to make ourselves out to be better than anyone。”

“因为我们不爱攀比。”

18、如果你非要在加拿大人身上找问题，问题是有的，就是我们太喜欢道歉。
