The Annual General Meeting will be held on the evening of March the 30th, 2015 . Your attendance is requested at this event where the Board of Directors will come together to review 2014 and to look at the direction the Canadian Chamber of Commerce will take in 2015.

It is Election Year!

If you are interested in running for the 2015 Board of the CanCham Shanghai or would like to nominate someone else for the Board, please fill out the Candidate Nomination Form and email it to Rebecca at [email protected].

Candidate Nomination Forms will be sent out and made available to interested parties on Tuesday, March 10th, 2015.

• Last day for submitting Absentee Votes and Proxy Votes to [email protected]

• Note: Absentee or Proxy Votes must be received by 18:00 on March 29th, 2015
