10月31日既是万圣节了，同时为了让同学们更加了解西方的美食文化，国际部加拿大高中的同学们举行了厨艺大比拼！

在周末10年级B班同学们根据分组各自准备好每一组的食材，10月26号一个秋意正浓的早晨，chad校长带着所有10 年B 班的学生来到厨房， 并且兴致勃勃地尝试起了他们第一次制作西餐。

为了取得优异的成绩，每个人都准备了充分的食材及资料去制作西餐，各种款式的意大利面、菠萝饭、什锦虾仁、蛋糕点心、各种饮品琳琅满目。看那一盘盘精美食物都是努力与汗水的结晶，老师们也都表现出了肯定的笑容。一盘意大利面让每个小组都做出了独特的味道。再来一杯精致冷饮，更是令人全身舒畅。接着学生们一一为外教介绍制作的工序。每个外教都对同学们的努力赞不绝口，给出最公平的分数。同学们都感到卓越的成就。

在烹饪课上同学们都得到了锻炼，并且都提升了自己生活中的的技能，让我们一起期待10年级A班和11年级的厨艺比拼赛吧。

On October 26th, the morning that autumn is strong.President Chad bring all students of grade 10 class B to the kitchen in order to make them know more about western culture’s charm,and they cheerfully make western food .
In order to get good grades, everyone prepared enough food material and datum to make western food. Look at the exquisite food that are the crystallization of effort and sweat, teachers also showed a affirmative smile. A plate of pasta to let every team made a unique taste.Another delicate cold drink, it make such a strong feeling of fantastic.Then the leader of each group introduce the process of making one by one to foreign teachers.Each teacher lauds the efforts of the students, give their the most fair scores.Students feel excellence achievement.
During the cooking class all students get exercise, and improved their skills in their lives.
