UK Warwick Learning Limited Beijing Representative Office(WLLBRO) is seeking to employ an Intern Project Officer to deliver a service to the University of Warwick, UK.
The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the University of Warwick’s student recruitment activities in China and enhancing the online presence ofthe University in China through managing various Chinese online and social media platforms.
The successful candidatewill be a current the University of Warwick undergraduate student and be fluentin English and Mandarin. They will be familiar with both the Chinese and English education systems and a good ambassador for the University.
This internship post-holder will report to the Operations Director in the University of Warwick (Beijing office). The ability to work effectively in a small office in a dynamic changing environment is an essential personal quality for this post.
This is an exciting position that offers the successful candidate the opportunity to directly impact the University of Warwick’s engagement with students in China.
The successful candidate should be committed to excellence in customer service and capable of representing the University of Warwick brand to a diverse set of people. The ability to build relations and influence people is essential and experience of (or a passion for) engaging students through online channels will be a considerable advantage.
This is a post basedon a working week of 5 days, but occasional evening and weekend full-day workwill be required.

A. JOB PURPOSE
A1 The internship post-holder will be mainly responsible for enhancing theuniversity’s online and social media presence in China, including regular update university wide news on the appropriate online channels and engaging with students through the relevant Chinese social media platforms.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
B1 To administrate and maintain University’s Chinese Weibo/WeChat account andmanage other online forum and social media platform.
B2 To handle enquiries and give advice for prospective students and parents, via phone, email, QQ, Weibo, WeChat, face-to-face and other communication tools
B3 To participate in education exhibitions fairs whenrequired: this may require in country travel to major cities across China
B4 To maintain contact recordsand databases for education and other institutions in China
B6 To undertake other projects as designated from time to time by the Operations Director in support of the University’s wider strategic objectives
