Principal Responsibilities
Working closely and under the supervision of the SPM, the product manager role is expected to support all ODM related business activities
Preparation of Product Roadmaps for Customer Presentations using Powerpoint, Photoshop and Ilustrator
Regular maintenance of the Product database in Excel
Help with bridging communications with Chinese Suppliers (local Mandarin language) to ensure
Speedy exchange of information
Speedy execution of projects
Other Attributes
Willingness to learn new technologies around the mobile and device platforms
As a Product Manager you are the link between the business, technology and user experience, focused on maximising the business value from a particular product set
The Product Manager should be passionate about optimising a product to achieve the business goals while maximising return on investment
The position requires a broad range of skills as you will have to assimilate large amounts of information – feedback from suppliers, clients, quantitative data from your web analytics, research reports, market trends and statistics
You will be expected to communicate between ODM vendors, sales, marketing, technical services, and operations.
Chinese speaking
Administrative Support
Coordination of logistics including product sample distribution, travel and accommodation arrangements, setting up conference calls, meeting rooms
Other project support as required
