今天不那么简单粗暴地来介绍一下5所院校的HR专业——
从卡迪夫开始……
卡迪夫的人力资源专业其实算是全英比较好也比较良心的,课程设置非常细致偏重于研究实用化,从人员的挑选的前期准备开始到合理的激励员工,再到解聘和养老金的发放,还为学生提供分析掌握雇佣关系,人力资源管理,及组织理论的相关知识。
同时,分析介绍国际人力资源管理的发展趋势,这是国内所没有的
卡迪夫的HR专业有CIPD(Chartered Institute of Personnel Development — 英国人事发展特许协会)认证,这玩意儿留英很有用,但回国然并卵╮(╯▽╰)╭
卡迪夫的人力资源管理专业的课程有四个基本模块:

申请要求:
雅思6.5分或者7.0以上
完成四年制大学学业,且成绩达到80分左右
专业背景:商业,社会科学,人文科学或法律专业

格拉斯哥大学的人力资源管理专业分为两个部分:
第一个部分侧重管理方面的知识传授和技能培养,包括策略,管理和市场营销,学生会对于管理方面的知识有一个很充分的认识;

课程特色:
利兹有个特色项目是HR Practitioner Pathway,该项目为那些想成为CIPD认证的人事专家或者会员的同学提供课程以及宝贵的实习工作机会。参加该项目的同学都可以得到CIPD专家的指导。
但是要参加Practitioner Pathway,选修课程中一定要选择Industrial Relations,还有Training and Development和Gender and Equality at Work in Comparative Perspective中的一门课程。
申请要求:
要求本科专业是社会科学或是相关专业,或者是有相关工作或实习经验。本科专业不属于社会科学,但是平均成绩优异的同学学校也会给予考虑;
平均成绩75分以上(注:非社科类专业的本科生可能需要更高的平均成绩)
总分6.5,单项不低于6分
华威大学的HR研究生课程设置只有有人力资源管理和劳资关系专业(MSc Human Resource Management & Employment Relations)
