- Over least 2 years experience as an Account Manager in the 4A global advertising agency in mainland China
- Experience working across multi-channels (integrated campaign) as an advantage (website, DM, online banners, emails, social media – Weibo / wechat / qq, ecommerce, outdoor, TV, press, search marketing)
- Creative appreciation and the ability to sell creative work to clients
- Clear and articulate - ability to have strategic conversations with senior clients
- Great at building relationships with clients and internal colleagues at all levels
- Excellent project management skills (timings, budgets, etc.) and good communicator
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Native Mandarin speaker with excellent English language skills
- Demonstrates an ability to effectively delegate both up and down
- To motivate other members of the project team during difficult times and keep the project moving forward
- Develop close relationships and gain trust of marketing managers
- Understand the client business and ways of working
- Responsible for development of client’s online campaigns, strategic thinking
- Responsible for ensuring that all work goes out on time and on budget
- Responsible for control the quality of the work delivered, detail focused.
