- Work with Student Recruitment manager on key aspects of recruitment process, e.g. systems management, reporting, interview and assessor training
- Taking part in student recruitment activities, e.g. UK university fairs, partner college / school visits with presentation sessions
- Ownership of or involvement in new Student Recruitment initiatives and projects where necessary
- Support the Senior Marketing manager to deliver the conversion strategy
- Work with a shared services operation to ensure the recruitment operation runs smoothly and a positive candidate experience is delivered
- Meet team KPIs with particular ownership and awareness of firm’s diversity strategy
- Educated to UK bachelor degree level
- Desirable with language expertise in Chinese / English
- Experience in an education-based environment
- Excellent communication skills
- A polite and friendly manner with good interpersonal skills
- Strong efficiency and punctuality
