You will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-channel marketing strategy for company’s mobile product and service across Europe with a key focus on UK. Reporting into the director of Mobile business, this role will work closely with sales, operations and other internal stakeholders to generate leads , build brand awareness, involve in go-to-market for all UK product / propositions and drive performance of those, work with external agencies and oversee tradeshows, events and online marketing efforts.

- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategy and TTL (through the line) marketing plan to achieve aggressive goals in lead / customer traffic generation, pipeline and revenue
- Own and manage the marketing budget to optimize marketing activities investments and tracking of ROI
- Own and manage new product launch, proposition development, customer acquisition, satisfaction propensity, churn and pricing.
- Utilise Social, ATL / BTL, Partnerships, Sponsorships, Events and company direct and indirect channels to deliver marketing plan
- Research, design and support onsite events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
- Implement, track and analyse online marketing campaigns to optimize performance and provide reporting to director and global management
- Overseeing competitive analysis and case study development
- Work collaboratively and cross functionally with sales, Product, finance and legal to ensure business growth and marketing mix management is aligned under a single plan
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or Marketing
- Strong commercial experience in a B2C multi-product multi-channel environment, preferably within Telco, Media or Fin Tech environments
- Exceptional project management skills, prioritise workload, meets deadlines for commercial deliverables
- Excellent verbal & written communication on all levels, internally &externally
- Strong data-driven analytical skills and segmentation capabilities, Ability to produce and present compelling presentations and reports
- Ability to develop strong working relationships
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to present to highest levels of an organisation
- High level written and verbal communication skills in English is required, fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- Highly competent with Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Software applications
