Relationship Manager
Location: Montreal
Main Responsibilities:
·
To provide professional, considerate, and satisfactory client services at local
with high customer satisfaction.
·
To maintain, reinforce, and develop the client relationship and lift up the
clients' loyalty to the company in a professional manner.
·
To take best use of resources and set up a high-efficiency team at local to
accomplish the tasks from head office.
·
To carry out marketing and business activities at local under the head office's direction.
·
To understand and facilitate the company's strategy and policies at local
branch, make sure the whole branch is on the right track in its pursue of
excellent and professional customer services.
·
To coordinate and communicate with Toronto head office, other branches and the counterparts smoothly and efficiently.
·
To continuously improve client services and working efficiency.
Requirements:
·
Strong customer service oriented, warm-hearted, patient with customers
and passionate in working.
·
Living in Montreal for more than 2 years, familiar with local transportation,
living environment, education resources, and other useful information for
the clients.
·
Knowledgeable of client relationship management, business
development and other information that's valuable for our clients.
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both English
and Chinese, French is definitely an asset.
·
Hands on experience with MS Office software.
·
Bachelor's degree and above, major in Business Administration, Sales
and Marketing, and Economics, etc.
·
5+ years' related working experience.
·
A quick learner, target driver, and a problem solver.
