Job Description
Develops Power Points in English.
Helps develop internal training platform for staff.
Other miscellaneous tasks supporting the Marketing and Communications team.
Team administrative tasks.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Major in a field such as English, Journalism, Marketing, Social Media or Public Relations preferred.
Good command of Microsoft PowerPoint and comfortable using other online systems.
Strong communication ability to coordinate with internal team members and other teams.
Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Native in English, Chinese capability would be an asset.
Ability to work 2-3 times a week preferred. Working times can be negotiated.
Graphic design, animation and/or video production would be considered an asset.
