Besides daily life and study, food may be the most important factor that parents care about their children. Canadian International School of Hefei always values the significance of canteen management in student safety, and has undertaken a lot of reformations in canteen management and food safety so that children can study happily and grow healthily in a nutritive, healthful and safe environment for the new semester.

学校餐厅的肉、蔬菜、水果、鸡蛋、牛奶、米、面、油、调味品、干货等所有食品,都有指定的品牌及供应商。米、油都有市级以上的检验合格报告,所有食品均按合同规定严格验收。
All the food including meat, vegetables, fruits, eggs, milk, rice, flour, oil, condiments and dried provisions are provided by designated brands and suppliers. Both rice and oil have qualification test report by municipal or above institutions, and all the food are strictly inspected and accepted according to the contract.

To protect and support canteen management, the Safety Committee and Food Committee founded by International School of Hefei strictly supervise on the food security management and food quality. Besides, based on the working attitude of providing safe, healthful and nutritive food, the canteen staff set high demands on themselves to guarantee every dish benefiting children's healthy growth.
合肥加拿大国际学校根据学生年龄层次每天设定科学的营养加餐,食堂工作人员会备好饭菜与营养食品,画面温馨且温暖。校园营养师编制了营养食谱集锦,集合了蔬菜类、畜禽肉类、海鲜类等菜品,对学生均衡全面营养起到了重要作用。
CISH nutritionists have designed scientific nutritive snacks for students of different age grades.
