Role & Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Marketing as Marketing Manager you will:

·Lead development of property marketing strategies and play a significant role in the creative process for campaign development.

·Develop and implement all marketing initiatives, including generating ideas and executing them.

·Design, implement and track marketing plan and budgets, including timelines, objectives, marketing elements, costs, resources, media buys etc.

·Liaise with external stakeholders and suppliers.

·Review past campaigns and provide recommendations on future strategies.

·Manage all customer queries on social/online communications.
