Joining our close-knit team in Harrods as a Skin Care Specialist, you could be doing just that.

You’ll have a fully-stocked Clarins counter at your disposal as you strike up a conversation and recommend from the number one skin care range on the market.

We also have a fantastic (and growing) range of make-up which you’ll be sharing with customers, whether that’s applying a flick with a liquid eyeliner or demonstrating our brilliant new lip oils.

Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in skincare and make-up.

You’ll get full training to hone your knowledge across the full range of Clarins products – as well as the special natural ingredients that go into them. We also get technical as you learn the different skin types and conditions so that you can recommend exactly the right products for your customer, and use your expertise to keep them coming back for more.

You don’t need to have worked in beauty before, but you’ll need a passion for skincare and make-up and will need to show an exceptional approach to customer service, ready and able to go the extra mile to make someone’s day.

You will need to be able to speak Mandarin in order to take on this role.

Retail experience would be a plus, and you’ll also be comfortable in a target-driven environment, so a head for numbers, and a commercial outlook is needed.
