昨天下午6点有人在Mount Waverley的Ironbark Road附近发现尸体。营救组的在今天下午2点找到了尸体。

根据警方的新闻，据信死者就是失踪已久的褚一苇，但是尸体仍需正式识别。

警方不认为死因有可疑之处，将为验尸官准备报告。

警方发布的英文全文如下:

Police have today located the body of a man at Werribee Gorge State Park as part of their ongoing investigation into a missing Mount Waverley man.

A passer-by located the body at the gorge near Ironbark Road about 6pm last night.

Investigators with Search and Rescue members retrieved the body just before 2pm this afternoon.

The body, which is yet to be formally identified, is believed to be that of Yiwei Chu.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and police will prepare a report for the Coroner.

现年28岁 ，家住Mount Waveley的华人褚一苇是在4月11日失踪的，多方寻找没有任何消息。他的父亲曾悬赏1万澳元，希望有信息的人和警方联系。
