Jim Lee is one of the most revered artists in American comics.  While not the originator of many superheroes, his drawings of Batman, Superman, and Wolverine are most likely the first images you will see when you search for modern renditions of these well-known heroes.  Lee has his own American story to tell.  A U.S. immigrant, Lee was born in South Korea and moved to St. Louis, Missouri where he developed an interest in superheroes.
