Dear CISH Maple Dragon Orchestra members and parents:

各位枫叶龙乐团的成员、家长：

With the Christmas approaching, Maple Dragon Orchestra is going to present its first performance in December at the CISH Christmas concert!

圣诞节临近，枫叶龙乐团成立以来第一次的音乐会也即将与观众见面！

In order to present a wonderful performance, we have scheduled additional rehearsals for the next few weeks. The first rehearsal for the whole orchestra group and each voice part is planned for the following Sunday, Nov 25th. The rehearsal will take place at CISH, the allocation of the rehearsal venue will be announced in each WeChat group late on.

排练是决定一场音乐会效果的重要环节，枫叶龙乐团的排练和分声部节目的彩排也迫在眉睫。由于时间有限，为保障音乐会各组节目顺利演出，合肥加拿大国际学校枫叶龙乐团办公室决定定于下周日（11/25）开始，乐团所有声部成员在学校剧场及排练教室进行加排，具体加排日教室分配详见各班通知。

There are four additional rehearsals planned in total, which are scheduled for Nov.25th, Dec.2nd, Dec.9th and Dec.16th from 1.30pm to 4.30pm. Please be advised that parents will need to arrange the drop-offs and pick-ups by themselves. 

加排共需四次，日期分别是11/25,12/02,12/09,12/16。四个周日，时间均为下午13：30-16:30。加排日需要家长自行接送孩子到校参加！

Orchestra rehearsal and performance require a great team effort. Hence, please try to be participating and on time for every rehearsal.

乐团排练和演出是一个团队性极强的活动，为了每个节目的顺利演出，请勿迟到、请假。
