“梦家园”杯丹东港2014-2015中国木结构建筑设计竞赛启动以来,涌现了许多优秀的设计作品与团队,目前大赛已进入决赛阶段。其中,36个参赛作品经过层层选拔,进入到了最后一轮终审环节。加拿大木业将通过微信公众号展示这36个入围作品,发布顺序按照作品编号,不具有先后意义。鉴于中国森林覆盖率较低和我国小口径木材为主的现状,废旧木材的回收再利用,不仅能减少对森林的索取,还能实现对木材资源的可持续循环。本方案立足于此,创新性的提出了通过利用废旧木材制成的OSB板,构建适宜严寒地区的木建筑的模块化方案,以期达到现代木建筑标准化、装配式、预制化的建造要求。同时将当地的自然环境引入建筑之中,使游客在建筑之中游走观赏的同时置身于大片稻田,以达到建筑物与环境的高度契合。结构上的基本建筑模块是将OSB板裁切、折叠,并与废旧木材用强力粘胶和自攻螺丝等连接,呈现折板形状的外形;相对于其它传统建筑结构形式,模块方案在成本、建造时间和节能三个方面均具有优势。通过基本建筑模块的演变和组合,可实现多种形态、满足多种功能需求。基于折板形状,建筑造型富有韵律,通过开敞廊道连接其中,更在建筑内外围合的基础上达到了通透的视觉可达性。本方案在建筑绿色技术上应用太阳能光电一体化模式,雨水回收技术,木材循环再利用,以及通过引入基地已有稻田来优化地表结构等多种技术手段来满足低耗节能的要求。希望本方案能在推动木建筑在中国的进一步发展上作出微薄的贡献,给木建筑注入新鲜的活力与生机。The rate of forest coverage of China is low , besides that the main wood is such small diameter timber .The use of recycling waste wood, not only reduces the use of forests, but also to achieve the cycle of sustainable timber resources. According to the above, I creatively put forward one modular construction scheme for wooden building in cold region. In order to achieve the goal of standardization, prefabrication and assembly, we put the local natural environment into buildings, and in that way people can watch the paddy fields in tour at the same time. This design based on existing uses method of OSB, through comparative study of four forms of OSB for structural materials, innovative presented using OSB and waste wood to build a modular approach to wood building in severe cold area, modular will achieve the modern standardization, prefabricated wood buildings, prefabricated construction. Module consists of the basic building module, it uses OSB cutting and folding, than uses strongly adhesive and self-tapping screws to connect waste wood, it render folded plate profile. Compared to other traditional architectural structure, module has advantages of low cost, short construction times and energy saving. Studies have shown that through combining and evolving fundamental building module can achieve a variety of forms.By using the folded shape, building seems to have a sense of rhythm, to achieve the visual effect of permeability, building blocks are connected through opening galleries. On the other hand, to meet the technical requirements,we try to use solar power generation technology, rainwater recycling technology ,wood recycling technology, and to optimize the surface structure by introducing the paddy fields,.We hope that the design can helps in the development of China wooden buildings.
