设计竞赛入围·D055木林境,加拿大木业协会微信公众号文章

“

“梦家园”杯丹东港2014-2015中国木结构建筑设计竞赛启动以来，涌现了许多优秀的设计作品与团队，目前大赛已进入决赛阶段。其中，36个参赛作品经过层层选拔，进入到了最后一轮终审环节。加拿大木业将通过微信公众号展示这36个入围作品，发布顺序按照作品编号，不具有先后意义。

说明

概况：

结合冬冷夏湿气候，体型规整，展现半室外空间。

建筑面积：2700平方米（室内），顶棚下的九百平方米半室外空间增进了人与自然的交流。

1.木结构

木桁架柱跨10.8米，梁高2米，木杆件木节点，

空间木网架实现主厅18x18米无柱空间，

2.开敞---连通的空间

（1）主入口

主入口顶棚悬挑出建筑体量。

（2）开敞主厅

主厅为娱乐大舞台与开敞阶梯观众席。

（3）水池

室外水池一分为二，利用深水淤泥集雨池与景观浅水池的高差，维持景观水池的恒定水位，成为天然的微气候调节系统，也烘托了建筑的宁静之感。

3.融合---与山体相融合的外观

立面舒展，呼应景区，屋为观景所在，亦为景观所在。韵律与森林呼应,随视角移动，隐约的通透，树色随关迥，神似实体，实则开敞通透，简洁统一的外立面表皮下，以空间变化造就虚实结合的形体。

绿建策略：

构建三星级绿色建筑。

1、南向采光的单坡顶，冬季太阳高度角低，阳光直射室内，夏季太阳高度角高，遮蔽阳光，促进室内通风；

2、利用烟囱效应，热空气自然上升，夏季天窗打开，带走热量，冬季天窗紧闭，透入阳光，成为暖房。

3、西立面竖挺遮挡夕阳，南立面悬挑顶棚遮挡夏日太阳辐射，不遮挡冬日低角度阳光。

4、内部庭院保障所有房间自然通风采光；

5、采用雨水收集措施；

Architecture

General descriptions

Site analysis

Location: Mount Dagu, Dandong,

Natural environment: cold and wet winter, warm and humid summer,

Tourist center is focused on spacious experiences, and hence semi-outdoor space is introduced to the box.

Floor Area: 2700 square meters indoor, in addition, 900 square meters semi-outdoor space under the roof enhances the communication between man and nature.

1. Structural integrity

Main structure: large span timber truss structure, simple, unified, effective, standard span 10.8 meters, consists of three 3.6 m modules,

Effective beam depth: two meters,

Timber web member section: 50x100, 50x150.

18x18 m column-free space was achieved with timber continuous beam and timber space truss.

2. Open space

（1）main entrance

Main entrance under the roof overhangs shows a welcome gesture.

（2）open hall

Two story height visitors’ hall is surrounded by atrium and cafe.

（2）landscaping

The large outdoor pond is divided into two. The water level of the deeper pond (Rainwater harvesting) is above the other in order to maintain a constant water level in the other for landscaping creations, a natural micro-climate control system is created also hightlighting the sense of quiet.

3. Coexistence with mountain

The facade with neat and unified appearance were designed to respond mountain views, the shed is where the place for viewing, also a landscape lies.

An open atmosphere of welcome is showed by transparent facade to create the use of clouds mullions, the vertical façade rhythm and mountain forest echoes.

Transparent facade face perception in the main, but with the movement of perspective, as mullions convex, bring a different visual experience, vaguely transparent, with off-color distant tree, quite similar to the single piece entity, but in fact open transparent, revealing the architectural expression of interest to the scenic area.

Under the simple unified whole building facade skin to change the space created a rich body of relationship with actual situation.

Green strategies

Three-star green building standards is met.

1. Pinched roof

South facing roof skylights sets to 27 degrees slope

Low angle winter sunlight comes through whilst high angle summer sunlight is blocked by the roof.

2. Skylight/Microclimate

Chimney effect encourages hot air naturally rises, when the top window is opened in the summer heat gathered is hence released, the internal microclimate was formatted.

Sunlight shading system effectively promoted the indoor ventilation.

With windows closed in winter, solar radiation penetrated makes enclosed conservatory.

3. Façade/Louvers

Sunlight from the west is shaded by vertical louvers. The overhanging roof shades summer solar radiation in south except the low-angle winter sunlight.

4. Courtyard/atrium

Courtyard allows all rooms having natural ventilation and lighting.

5. Rainwater collection

Adopt measures to collect rainwater.
